Hi-Wire had a clear plan for the success and growth of their new brand. CoveStar laid out a compelling comparison between two North Carolina breweries. One had been in business since 1995, was now brewing 35-40,000 barrels of beer and distributing in 13 states, while the other brewed the same volume, but they only distributed within North Carolina. Hi-Wire wanted to grow to have a capacity and growth pattern on par with Highland Brewing, within a couple of years. CoveStar knew this would be driven by having the right real estate to enable that growth.
