James H. Diaz, CCIM

As Principal Broker of CoveStar Investment Realty Advisors, Jim has capitalized on extensive experience in entrepreneurial business, real estate sales, investment, and development. He specializes in property sales, acquisitions, and management.

As a business entrepreneur, James H. Diaz, Jr. successfully built a number of profitable businesses over the years and in 2001 was awarded the Small Business of the Year Sky High Growth Award by AACC before establishing himself as a commercial broker and property developer with the firm of George W. Morosani and Associates. During his tenure there he launched two successful property holding and management corporations, both of which he continues to manage as principal. Jim is a graduate of Millsaps College with a Bachelor of Arts in History, cum laude.

Jim is an officer of the Asheville Business Achievers Association, a member of the Asheville and Hendersonville Chambers of Commerce, the Asheville Board of Realtors, the Asheville Commercial Investment Realty Association, and the Partnership for Economic Development. Contact Jim

Curtis A. Burge, CCIM

Curtis has been involved in commercial and residential real estate in both Colorado and North Carolina, brokering deals, as well as purchasing and selling his own investments. 

He started his real estate career in Vail Colorado in 1999 working with Black Bear Real estate Company.  After moving to Asheville North Carolina in 2002 Curtis entered the world of ministorage where he bought and managed several ministorage locations, while staying involved in real estate brokerage with French Broad Realty of Asheville NC.  In late 2005 he joined CoveStar Realty Investment Advisors to become more involved in commercial brokerage in Western North Carolina.
